Pricing

    • Buyer– commission paid to the buyer broker applies only if the selling broker does not include a commission in the transaction, or if the buyer is purchasing a For Sale by Owner (FSBO) property whereby the property owner does not compensate the buyer broker.

    • Tenant (Lessee) – FREE (Broker commission is covered by the landlord).

    • Landlord (Lessor) – One month’s rent + tax for tenant placement services.

    • Properties Under $1 Million – 4% + tax (2% to the selling broker, 2% to the collaborating broker).

    • Seller Finds the Buyer:  2% + tax (Applies when the seller finds the buyer, and the deal closes at the notary. This offer does not apply when multiple offers occur)

    • Available 7 Days a Week – Personalized real estate assistance.

    • Professional Photography & Videography – High-definition photos, 360° tours, and videos with ADK Photography.

    • Marketing & Advertising – Property listings on Centris, Realtor.ca, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.

    • No Lockboxes (Unless Approved) – Ensuring security and personalized property showings.
